Email Sender and Provider Coalition (ESPC)The Email Sender and Provider Coalition (ESPC) was formed to fight spam while protecting the delivery of legitimate email. Its members have recognized the need for strong spam solutions that ensure the delivery of legitimate email and have been very active in the war against spam. The ESPC is a cooperative group of industry leaders working to create solutions to the continued proliferation of spam and the emerging problem of deliverability through a combination of legislative advocacy, technological development, and industry standards. InfraGardInfraGard is a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) program that began as a local effort to gain support from the information technology industry and academia for the FBI’s investigative efforts in the cyber arena. InfraGard is an information sharing and analysis effort serving the interests and combining the knowledge base of a wide range of members. At its most basic level, InfraGard is a partnership between the FBI and the private sector. Joining the coalition gives Eloqua access to the latest information on Do Not Mail legislation and activities. It helps us ensure that our company's and your industry's voices are taken into consideration as the coalition works with policymakers and other interested parties on the Do Not Mail issue. Access to the mailbox, and local customers, is a survival issue for America's businesses.
