Eloqua Consulting Partners

The cornerstone of Eloqua’s service delivery strategy is to leverage the skills and geographic dispersed resources of highly professional consulting firms that are aligned with leading on-demand CRM companies of which Eloqua’s products are pre-integrated.

Such consulting companies are to become a major delivery arm of end-user training and best practices consulting for Eloqua products.

These companies already have a substantial and highly valued practice serving CRM clients. Adding marketing automation to their mix of services is a very natural fit with minimal incremental cost to their businesses.

At the same time, such services offers each partner substantial revenue growth potential. This services channel strategy represents a win for the customer, a win for the partner and a win for Eloqua.

Our Consulting and Training partners perform a number of value added services for our customers.
  • Conduct training workshops in the communities where they have a presence or onsite at the customer’s site. They will use Eloqua developed curriculum and will be trained and certified by Eloqua training personnel.
  • Perform Eloqua Conversion Suite ‘Boot Camps’ where they will help our customers to build closed-loop sales and marketing business processes.
  • Conduct process audits to help instill best practices through sharing of techniques that make other Eloqua customers successful.
  • In cases where a customer has limited marketing staff bandwidth, the partner will help create and even run marketing campaigns for the customer utilizing Eloqua’s marketing automation products.
