Through integration, leads are effectively profiled, nurtured, scored and passed to the appropriate sales person based upon rules defined in the CRM/PRM system. In this way, sales people receive prioritized leads that are ready for follow-up along with the interaction history. From that point on, sales representatives receive alerts whenever additional activity occurs with their prospects.
