Rosetta Stone CFO Stephen Swad Joins Eloqua Board of Directors

Prior to joining Rosetta Stone, Mr. Swad was CFO of software company Comverse Technology. Before Comverse, Mr. Swad also held the CFO position at Fannie Mae and AOL. He has held senior financial management positions with Time Warner, was a partner at KPMG and served as deputy chief accountant at the Securities & Exchanges Commission.
