Eloqua® Relocates Headquarters to U.S. Amid Expansion of Management Team

New CFO, Senior VP of Product Development and Senior VP of Business Development Roles Will Focus on High Growth and Innovation

May 12, 2008

Eloqua Corporation, the leading supplier of automated demand generation applications and expertise for business-to-business (B2B) marketers, today announced that it has relocated its corporate headquarters to Washington, D.C. in conjunction with a broad expansion of its management team. Eloqua named industry veterans Don Clarke as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Andre Yee as Senior Vice President of Product Development and Rob Brewster as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Clarke and Yee will both operate from Eloqua’s new headquarters in the Washington, D.C. area. Brewster will be based in the company’s San Francisco office. The corporate relocation follows a blockbuster year in 2007 for Eloqua, in which it reached new revenue milestones and surpassed the 400 customer mark.

“Our leadership in the demand generation space is based on our ability to help marketers take advantage of the opportunities and navigate the challenges created by fundamental changes in the marketing profession,” said Joe Payne, president and CEO of Eloqua. “To maintain this leadership position, we must continue to tap into the deep pool of experienced and talented executives that the U.S. market affords and get closer to our rapidly growing customer base. The new additions to Eloqua’s management team each bring a wealth of knowledge in his area of expertise that will be invaluable as Eloqua enters its next phase of growth.”

Eloqua will continue to maintain its existing operations in its Toronto, London, Singapore and U.S.-based offices.
