October 28, 2009

VIENNA, VA -- When combining advanced technology with a room full of the world’s top brands and marketing executives, the result is a powerful think tank teaming with ideas about the next generation of marketing.  Eloqua, the category leader in marketing automation, is bringing together these elements during its second annual international user conference, Eloqua Experience 2009.  The event will gather innovative marketers from twelve countries for three full days at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco from November 2-4 to share marketing best practices, network and generate winning ideas to enhance success.

The conference features keynote speakers David Meerman Scott, marketing strategist and author of “Worldwide Rave,” and Joe Payne, marketing expert and CEO of Eloqua. Additionally, many of the industry’s most influential research analysts, including Laura Ramos, vice president and principal analyst at Forrester, and Tony Jaros, vice president at Sirius Decisions, will present their views and insights on current trends and opportunities in marketing.

“Eloqua Experience 2009 brings together the most successful marketers in the world to create a strong network and benefit from one another’s experiences,” said Joe Payne, CEO, Eloqua.  “Eloqua customers are innovative brands – from small businesses to global corporations.  In this environment, our users can share, innovate and learn from our proven expertise and from one another to create a community for success.”

“The Eloqua Experience conference serves as a great opportunity to learn from others about their successes and best practices,” Ken Evans, director of marketing, Iron Mountain.  “We came home from last year’s event energized with new ideas for the use of tools, technology and process to increase marketing effectiveness and efficiency. This is a must-attend event for us.”
