Business Challenge


The marketing department for Administaff was regularly conducting email campaigns to thousands of prospects, yet there was no way of determining how effective those campaigns were in driving prospects to their website or generating leads. Once on the website, there was no method for analyzing prospects’ behavior in order to establish their level of interest. Administaff needed a solution that not only identified the effectiveness of each of its marketing programs but also managed the distribution of its regularly issued newsletters.

Eloqua’s Conversion Suite enables Administaff to track prospect email open and click through rates and once on the Web site, identify visitor behavior and note prospect’s recognized interests. Eloqua helps Administaff manage its growing newsletter subscriptions and entice prospects to visit the Web site with integrated Web-based forms.

Results


In the first six months with Eloqua, Administaff saw an increase of about 20,000 in its newsletter subscriber opt-in list with more than 38,000 Eloqua-integrated forms submitted. In the full year after adopting Eloqua’s solution, Administaff was able to increase its sales by more than 100 percent through its integrated marketing programs. Today Administaff sells 20% more business from marketing-generated leads - with 70% of all leads coming from Web-based campaigns and the Internet.
